I-77 Express

2026 TRANSPONDER CAMPAIGN
THE CHALLENGE:
I-77 came to us with a simple insight: drivers are already using the Express Lanes. They just don’t realize they’re overpaying because they haven’t set up NC Quick Pass. We needed to show that the better option isn’t a different drive. It’s the same one, set up correctly.
THE SOLUTION:
We positioned NC Quick Pass as the difference between overpaying and not. Same road. Same route. Just a lower cost. No new habits. No new routes. Just paying what you should have been all along.

FOUNDATIONAL SOCIAL
THE CHALLENGE:
I-77 Express had content, but it wasn’t building anything. No consistency. No momentum. Nothing people wanted to come back to. We needed to turn social into something that actually drives engagement.
THE SOLUTION:
We introduced trending content, templated traffic reports, and community-focused posts. In six months, views jumped 2,211%, reach grew 1,609%, and comments surged 2,450%. Turning passive scrolling into real engagement.
